Money Towards Your Home Purchase:
Attendees, after the completion of the workshop, will receive a *GRANT VOUCHER good towards their next home purchase.
The Grant is a Gift:
There is no repayment required. No second mortgage placed on the property, and no second silent mortgage placed upon the property. The homebuyer, however, must purchase the property to occupy it.
No Seller Requirement:
The homebuyer can purchase any approved property that the buyer can qualify for. The seller is not required to make any contribution, unlike other programs out there.
First Time Homebuyer:
The homebuyer does NOT have to be low income or be a first time homebuyer to receive the grant. The homebuyer must attend the homebuyer’s workshop or make an office appointment. Then the attendee will receive a *GRANT VOUCHER towards their next home purchase.
How Much Will I Receive?:
You could receive thousands towards down payment and or closing costs. The amount will be determined at execution of contract to purchase. Amounts can be up to just over 7% of the purchase price. An approximation will be given to you at the workshop or at your appointment.
